POSITIVE

• I received a free Upgrade for my room
• The wifi connection was good.
• The service was excellent; what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
• The room was bright.
• The service was efficient (German style 😉): If there’s an issue or problem, they solve it immediately.
• The A/C worked very well.
• The bathroom has character; it was made in the orient express style.

NEGATIVE

• The parking was owned by the hotel but you had to pay 14 € per day;
• The carpet in the room was a bit used.
• The shower and bathroom were not very cosy.
• The wifi in the room wasn’t working very well.
• The parking places were tight and the parking valley was bit disorganised.
