REMARKS

POSITIVE

• The hotel enjoys an excellent location on Friedrichstrasse, just a short walk from the Brandenburg Gate and within easy reach of major train stations.
• Check-in was conveniently available from 14:00.

NEGATIVE

• This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time, the room was very nice; however, on my return visit, the junior suite did not live up to the standard of the superior room and fell short of expectations.
• The cleanliness was disappointing—not the best I’ve seen—with both the room and the hotel lobby showing lapses. Additionally, two lamps in the room were not working.
