REMARKS
POSITIVE
- The hotel is conveniently located near Düsseldorf’s Christmas Market and the Old City (Altstadt), though it can get a bit noisy at night during festivities.
- The porter service was impeccable, providing excellent assistance throughout the stay.
NEGATIVE
- Check-in was somewhat slow.
- The room felt slightly dated and didn’t quite meet a five-star standard.
- Breakfast buffet was disappointing: meatballs were burnt and the bacon was overcooked in the traditional German style 😉
