• Impeccable five-star service was provided both at the reception desk and by the door staff.
• The hotel itself has a fascinating history—it once housed Scotland Yard and British Intelligence, and even featured in a James Bond film.
• My room offered a lovely view of the River Thames, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the shower—a first for me. A
• t check-in, I also received a complimentary upgrade and free breakfast, which was a wonderful touch.
• Service at the restaurant was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with the traditional English breakfast being especially good.

NEGATIVE

• The rooms are quite small, with décor that feels outdated.
• The internet connection was unreliable.
• The bathroom was also cramped, featuring only a single sink.
• Additionally, the flat-screen TV in the room was of poor quality.
